Our Symbol: “The Irish Tree of Life”
We are inspired by the symbolic meaning of the “Irish Tree of Life”, also known as the Celtic Tree of Life or Crann Bethadh in Gaelic. The “Tree of Life” plays an intricate part in Irish heritage and is among one of the most popular Celtic symbolics.
It is an exceptionally old symbol that symbolises both harmony and balance, dating back to ancient Egypt, where the tree of life appeared on tombs. This symbol is associated with connection with nature, ancestry and heritage, balance, growth and renewal, spiritual connection, protection, wisdom, and eternal life.
